Want incoming callers from PRI to ring the console 3-4 times and route to the automated attendant in Day mode.

Want incoming callers from PRI to ring the automated attendant in night 2 mode. I caller dials 0 to route to the console.

Want incoming callers from the PRI to ring the ring group (555) with 2 analog extensions in it in Night 1 mode.

Currently incoming calls ring console 3-4 times and route to voicemail, but get "please enter your voicemail box" greeting.

PRI DNIS = 4 digits.   LDN keys = 4 digits.  Console extension = 4 digits.  All other extensions = 3 digits.
Voicemail box length in form 49 = 3 digits.

It would be nice to know what system you have. Also perhaps day could play a courtesy message and still queue on console might be an option to consider.

it is a SX200 ICP 5.0.2.14
Found option 502 in the voicemail COS was the culprit.

Now having issue with Night 2.  internal callers dialing 0 are ringing the console instead of the cordless phone.
All night 2 answer points in every tenant are set to the cordless extension.

Form 19 decides what dial 0 does, could be priority or not.
