Mitel 6869i PC Port Used For Grandstream Speakers

I have about 14 of these Mitel 6869i phones with the Grandstream GSC3516 Speaker plugged into the PC port on the phones.

After installing these and using Multicast to page, the customer started having issue with dialing extensions. Sometimes the call will go through and sometimes they will get a busy type signal.

Got any ideas what I should look for to help with this issue?
