User Creation Problem

When creating extensions 3644 or 3643, the message shown in the screenshot appears, but I don't know how to release those extensions.
Please help me with this problem.

Did you try the maintenance command "Locate Number"?

Dear, when I enter the command LOCATE NUMBER 3644, the following result is displayed:
The number refers to a Superset 4150.

You'll need to search by extension and either rename that user or delete and re-create.
