Need some assitance with CUCM
« on: July 22, 2025, 12:20:33 PM »
We are working on a conversion from a Cisco Call Manager to MiVB.   The onsite support has tried but so far has come up empty on getting us call routing detail for the inbound DIDs. They gave me a read only login to the system but after looking around I am unable to locate what I need.  If anyone wants some side work I would be most appreciative.  Not expect free work.

Not sure what you are looking for. Usually the trunk attribute will be set to use the DID assignment table for routing the number. That being said, any auto attendants or such my reside within the system or another server.

What kind of trunks do you have and how are they routing to the MiVB's? Do you have an MBG in play?

I need help with the Cisco Call Manager side. We cannot find where the DIDs are "mapped" to specific extensions.

set to use the DID assignment table for routing the number.

This what we cannot find in the Cisco Call Manager.
