Mitel 6940 Phone firmware

Hi, I have been given a 6400 phone to play with, However it has a non default admin password so can get in to the configuration.

Is there away to reset the phone back to factory settings with out the password? or recovery the password?

If not is there away to get it to download new firmware from a TFTP server without the admin password?

Is it in SIP or MiNet mode?

MiNet mode just boot it without letting it see the MiVB or MBG and the password should be 73738

My Mitel 6940w desk phone is displaying "Web Recovery" along with an IP address. When I browse to the IP, it automatically logs into the phone. I successfully upload the firmware, and it shows "Firmware update successful" followed by a reboot.

However, after the reboot, the phone gets stuck at 0% and doesn't proceed any further.

Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to resolve it?

Put the phone in web recovery again and upload a different firmware version.
