MiCollab Deplyment on a Schedule?

Hello,

I seem to be having a weird issue where some, not all users seem to be receiving MiCollab Deployment Emails on a weekly schedule? I've combed through the MiCollab Client Deployment, and cannot find where this is an option to set, enable and disable.

When I go to the Users and Services form in MiCollab, and go to the user, on their phone tab, their softphone deployment profile has the option of "default" with the "send deployment email" checkbox ticked, and also on the MiCollab Client tab, the deployment profile is set to do not deploy.

I have that same configuration for my profile, yet I don't receive weekly emails. The only difference between myself and the user is that I am a ACD agent.

Does anyone know where else I could look? Or explain what is happening?

What version are you running?
The latest 9.8 SP3 and 10 has a bug that triggers deployment emails when a cron job gets run.
Mine was happening early Sunday mornings.
