No audio on Nupoint after upgrade to 9.8+ Windstream

Have a customer with 9.7 MiCollab looking to upgrade.  Upgraded just the MiCollab to 9.8.2.12-01 and have full two way audio, but if a call hits a Nupoint port I get 5 seconds of silence and hang up.  Revert back to 9.7 and all works fine.      Last night upgraded MiCollab to 10.0.1.101, MiVB to 10.3.0.16 and same issue.   Have tons of clients running at this level without issue, only difference is this customers SIP is Windstream.   In the PCAPs of the test calls we are seeing send only and receive only packets from Windstream, Mitel feels this is the crux of the issue but is not sure. 

Has anyone battled a similar issue?  If so, what was your resolution.

are you referring to the SDP in the call being "a=sendonly" or "a=recvonly"?
