Failover mode cannot dial internal extensions

We just setup 2 MCD in clustered mode.
All Phones are programmed in MCD1 and 2nd element to MCD2.
When phones are in failover mode to MCD2, IP phone cannot dial internal extension, an error (invalid) on phone display

I suspect that your cluster isn't set up properly.
Take a look at your Cluster Elements and be sure your Element ID digits and Feature DNs are set up.
Then look in your resilient system and check to be sure your Elemen IDs are in your ARS.
