When I login into ESM with user system and the password, I can get into the System Administration Tool but if I try and login into server manager I get an error message that says "You are not authorized to access this area" even after typing the proper user admin and the password. But if I open a new private browser or close all browsers and open a new one and go straight to /server-manager/ I can get in just fine with my Admin user and the password. I thought this was an issue with Firefox or with caching but this happen on Chrome, Edge, as well as Opera too. It always seem to happen if I login to ESM first I cannot get to Server manager unless I open a new window. This isn't happening on just one PC but every PC and on different Mitel systems too.
