Having a few issues with the MiCollab systray notifications.
Has anyone figured out a way to extend the notification to stay up longer that 5 seconds (for incoming calls as an example)
Additionally we have some users that do not get the incoming call notification but get all other notifications? We have checked the radio buttons, cleared the line cache etc. No avail.
It would be helpful to know where the settings on a per user basis are stored.
