Adjusting the Display Contrast and Brightness on 5320e from washout

The instruction is clear enough in the manual. Unfortunately, I can't find an example display that tells me which buttons to push when my screen is all washed out to begin with. When I push the blue menu button, I can't tell where to go from there.

i usually try and repeatedly hit the volume up button while booting up first. Not sure but I think the settings button is third up from bottom and then contrast is the fifth.

I found this in our Documents, I hope this might help.
1) Press the green setting button
2) Use the buttons on the left of the phone to hit settings
3) Go to screen saver
4) Put the brightness level down as far as possible.
5) Select the timeout period.
6) Press save.
