MiCollab not seeing newly created voicemail boxes

I'm having an issue with MiCollab (9.8.3.1-01).  I'm trying to set up a fax capable mailbox and assign it to a user in MiCollab (we have several already created).  I have the user created, but when I go into the NuPoint Unified Messaging tab to assign an existing mailbox, the list does not include the newly created mailbox.  I've even waited an after creating the mailbox before trying to assign it.  I've had this issue before when trying to setup MiCollab users for softphone access and have yet to find a solution to this.  Anyone run into this and if so, what can I do to fix and or prevent this from happening?  I do have plenty of licenses for this, so that's not the issue.

I would think most add a mailbox via the users and services or create everything via a template, waiting for an unassigned may take some time

I did try that before, but it brought up another error that prevented me from creating it that way.

Since you did not provide the error, think you need to wait until it shows up as unassigned. Errors usually show a reason that can be analyzed for the cause IMHO.

The error was related to the flow-through provisioning, and had nothing to do with the mailbox not showing up on the list as the mailbox could be created through the nupoint console.  How long does it take for mailboxes to actually show up in MiCollab?
