MiVoice Business Console - Laptops

Hi,

Due to complaints from the Receptionists using the Mitel MiVoice Console Software on a PC and  Laptop for diary management etc.  they have requested the console software on their Laptops and the PC's be removed.  This means I will have 4 users and 2 Active Console licenses.  As far as I can read in the Help this will work as it's only the number of active users not configured users that matters.  Am I reading this right?

User licenses are consumed whether active or not, need a license to program the extension.
Active Console is concurrent, so only when a console is logged on.
