SIP Trunk License "Local Consumption" not updating

MiVoice Business 10.1.1.21 but it is the same on V10.2.0.54.

I made 2 concurrent calls via SIP Trunk. One was via a public SIP Trunk calling to my handphone, and another was over a private SIP Trunk to an M470 extension. Even after waiting and doing Data Refresh at the License and Option Selection in ESM or refreshing the page itself, the Locally Consumed SIP Trunk stays at 0. Isn't this supposed to update, at least when a call is active?

No, that doesn't reflect the number of current calls.
It shows how many trunks are reserved in programming.
I believe the "Consumed" will only increment if Minimum Reserved Call Licenses are programmed in the SIP profile.

Ralph, thanks for your input. Adding a value to the Minimum Reserved Call Licenses updated the Locally Consumed License count. I'm now working on making this easy for my partner to understand.  ::)
