NuPoint 4.1 Loosing Messages

I have a customer who's NuPoint was updated to 4.1 32 days ago. Within the last week, he's getting reports that user's recieve messages that are 1 second long, but the caller later tells the user that the message was much longer. Sometimes 30-60 seconds in length.

Anyone heard of anything similar? I'm waiting for examples, and I've turned mailbox tracing on. Hopefully I'll get something I can go to Mitel with.

I think thi might be a known issue, are you running it on MAS?

Our customer base is reporting an issue whereby the content of delivered messages is actually silence during the playback.

This has been reported in loads 4.0 SP1 of MAS (Nupoint14.01.7) and loads 4.1 of Nupoint (14.1.0.45)

Mitel has a patch for this situation, however we wanted to base to be aware during upgrades. The patch requires pre- planning for installation.

No, its a standalone system. But it is running 14.1.0.45. Where did you get this, I searched and couldn't find anything on MOL?
