Incoming calls wrong format 10 digits
« on: July 22, 2024, 06:10:27 AM »
Hi Team,
I have a Mitel 470 with the latest software . All the DDI calls are going to the switch board , even though is programmed correctly . I have check the format of calls coming in and I noticed the leading zeros are missing e.g., 0207 xxx xxxxx are showing as 207 xxx xxxx. Gamma are adamant that  they are sending the correct digits .
Calls are going to the default extension because the PBX cannot find a match. Anybody knows what the cause can be Please?

I'm not sure if this helps you to at least route correctly. Play around and set the DDI Lookup from Right to left, then try cutting the DDI number. Iirc, if the remaining digits are less than the digits of the number in the DDI plan, it will still match. But if the remaining digits are greater than the number of digits in DDI plan,
it will NOT match.
