Installing Attendant Console on New PC

Hey all.. I am trying to install the 3.2 Attendant console on a new PC (I recently found the usb key).. We never used it because we didn't have a receptionist for a while, but now we do and I'm running into an issue as no matter what setting i put in the install, it keeps saying it cant find the database.

I Pu tin the IP for the Mitel.. there is no OAI password i was told, and there is only 1 node.  Then i put in the receptionist extension and the password for it, but it errors on launch saying it can not locate the database.  What am i missing?

Typically, this was an issue when the PC was on a different network and could not access the system IP address.

Try a port scanner on the PC pointed to the PBX and see which ports are open and which are not.

I can't remember but I think the port is either 4000 or 44000.

Would you believe i'm just getting back around to this Now.. lol

Anyway, when i launch the Attendant console software, I get prompted with a login box.. No where does it let me enter a port or IP.. Then it just says the attendant console database could not be located or is invalid. Please reinstall the console to reestablish the database.. to which i have done 10x already.

Nevermind i found it.. and btw it is port 4000.. Thanks much (years later) lol
