I am getting several reports of users with SoftPhones - the first call of the day does not ring. They get the toaster pop-up alert; but no audible ring. After the first all, the SoftPhone does an audible ring like normal. MiTel Connect Build #22.24.7100.0.
Happening to several SoftPhone users. Thoughts? I believe the settings are correct.
