612D / RFP45 / ST50A can't receive call

Hi,

I am currently experiencing a problem receiving calls on my company's DECT devices

DECT model : Mitel 612D
DECT base : Mitel RFP45
Mitel voice switch : ST50A

The phones can make calls (short numbers and long numbers), but unfortunately cannot receive calls (short numbers and long numbers).

Our service provider does not understand where the problem is coming from.

Have you ever encountered this? Did you find a solution ?
