MBG / SRC recording
« on: January 16, 2025, 02:39:08 AM »
I have a MBG, MiVB set up as virtual machines along with 2 x 6920w ip phones set up as Minet.
I am developing an application to record encrypted calls via the SRC. While i am getting stream events and while i can tap through the SRC to forward audio, i do not have any call details information so i have no way of determining which extension initiated the call.
Supposedly, a SIP header can be displayed along with the stream events if the P-Call-Leg-ID is enabled in the MiVB but no luck.

Is there anything i'm missing in the configuration or if the phones are configured as Minet, do i need to also install the Mitel OIG to get call details ?

you need to also have a MiTAI or CSTA connection to MiVB to get all the call details and merge that with the events from MBG.

Thanks, I believe the Mitel OIG is replacing the MiTAI
