I have a customer who's NuPoint was updated to 4.1 32 days ago. Within the last week, he's getting reports that user's recieve messages that are 1 second long, but the caller later tells the user that the message was much longer. Sometimes 30-60 seconds in length.
Anyone heard of anything similar? I'm waiting for examples, and I've turned mailbox tracing on. Hopefully I'll get something I can go to Mitel with.
