Random Issue / Trunk Unplugged / Busy Line

Hello,
We are having issues with our phone line.  We have 5 active lines we can call out/in on.  Recently, we were having this issue where on Line 5, someone would call in, and then right after picking up, we'd lose the call, and the phone would automatically call back again, and again until it would move the caller to a different line, we have no other issues on the other 4 lines. We have one message when click line 5, 92001 Trunk Unplugged.  Besides this issue we are not having any, does anyone have a suggestion to help me fix this issue?

You would need to look under Trunk Group 92001 and tell us what type of trunk is there.
