Good morning from Spain!

I'm a communications technician and i have to improve my knowledge about Mitel.
I have some questions about MiCAM (Advanced Messaging), Call Processors, Schedule... and i want to write them in the right area... Which area do i have to use?

Put your MiCAM questions in the Software Applications forum. MiCAM is just Mitel branded OpenText CX-E, which is the system my organization uses.
