Call forward not working after migration to 9.4 from 7

Hello all,

    I upgraded three 3300's (not at the same time).  Two of the systems are good, however the one that had the oldest software 7.* seems to have lost the call forwarding feature.  Call forwarding does not show up on the phone for the users to forward.  It can be done in the system.  All three systems are at version 9.4.  I found a thread that said the main 3300 in the cluster controls the forwarding but cannot find it again to read it.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

What model phones? The updated firmware may have relocated the feature settings, but it should still be there.

6940w and 6930w new phones.  Installed them new after the upgrade.

6940w and 6930w new phones.  Installed them new after the upgrade.

Check the Class of Service assigned to those phones, make sure the Enable Device Configuration option is set to a value larger than 0. On the 6900 phones, Call Forward is not visible in the settings menu when that option is set for 0.
