Strange behavior and I'm not even sure where to look. If I call an extension with the DID number from an external phone, if no one picks up it correctly routes the call to voicemail. If however I call that extension from another extension, if no one picks up, it routes to another extension. I need it all none pick ups to go to voicemail. I can't find where the internal call goes to another extension. We do have a "call rerouting first alternative" that redirects to dial "4" which is our voicemail number but I can't find any setting showing it should redirect to our front office extension.
Can anyone try to help me find it?
