Reset NuPoint Port via VCCS/VMEM0

Having the same issue described in this old thread:
https://mitelforums.com/forum/index.php?topic=5349.0
Killing the MiTAI monitor did not work, and I do not know the method to "do the same process on the vmemo task". Looks like that worked in the other thread: "killing the vmemo process for that line resolved my issue". My port is stuck "o", and I see an HPLAY:ERROR when I call it.
I have an upcoming maintenance involving a reboot in a couple of weeks, which should resolve this. But I would I would like to understand how to kill the vmemp process on port/channel 22

I don't know of a way to do it from VCCS, only the shell prompt. Do a "ps -ef |grep vmemo", find the pid/process number for the port you need to bounce, then do a "kill -9 [pid]" on it.
