MiCollab Conference Calls - Softphone stops working

Hi again!

My call centre techs are telling me that after they finish a conference call, their MiCollab softphones will stop working and they have to restart their MiCollab application on their PC. I've tried redeploying everyone's profile and collected the following log file

What version server and client?
