5340e stuck booting

Good day!

I have a 5340e which after I plug it in, doesn't go past the mute, message below redial and keys on either side of LCD lights being on.  Standard 5340e without add on's.  I have searched the forums and pressed all buttons (don't see any stuck buttons.)

Does anyone have suggestions on what is causing the phone to not finish booting?

I also checked the pins in the jack on the phone.  I think all contacts are in proper slots, and not touching another one.

If you are not able to get into Configuration mode on the phone then it sounds like it has been bricked and will need to be sent back for repair to get the firmware reloaded.

Thanks for the information.

Metroline has refurbished phones for sale cheaper than the repair cost.  I probably shouldn't have spent thirty minutes taking it apart and cleaning it, when a refurbished phone is so cheap.
