How to login to Sx2000

I have a couple of SX 2000. I have a dial up using Procomm . The modem connects but I need help how to get the forms

Start by entering ctl-q then ctl-w.

The menu keys are esc+(button) listed on bottom of screen.

 Still not happening . When I press CTL +Q follow by CTL W , nothing happens

Is the modem connected directly to the serial port on the PBX, or is there something in between?

Yeah, I think it goes  through a machine we call tracker
