Start by entering ctl-q then ctl-w.

The menu keys are esc+(button) listed on bottom of screen.

Is the modem connected directly to the serial port on the PBX, or is there something in between?

Is that an SMDR/Call Data buffer or your remote access device?

No, I am not getting anything coming up , When I press Control Q and Control W , nothing happens.
The last time I used it on another site, Once you press control W it refreshes the screen an escape key brings the login screen.
Very frustrating now
Thanks

If your accessing via a tracker you may need to enter the tracker password usually PASSWORD in upper case then use CTL +Q or CTL +W
