Is there something that would prevent a logged out Hotdesk ACD extension from call rerouting/forwarded to voicemail? Scenario, call comes into auto attendant, choose extension, immediately bounces back to AA saying extension not available.
If I set it to call reroute always or call forward always to voicemail, it reroutes/forwards successfully to voicemail. Not a problem when logged in.
Software load is 9.4.1.17 on MIVB.
