3300 SMDR output v preceed some lines

I have example SMDR output below

I have identified how SMDR is formatted from this site.
http://micc.mitel.com/kb/TroubleshooterGuide50584.aspx

However I cannot find details relating to the extra characters (%,-,+).

Are they just errors introduced during the copy or are they Mitel characters and mean something?

Thanks in advance.

Those symbols are "long call" flags.

They show up when the call goes over certain thresholds.

This is from the help files:
Quote
Long Call (z). This field is blank ( ) for a call duration of less than 5 minutes, shows a dash ( - ) for calls of 5 to 9 minutes 59 seconds, shows a percent symbol (%) for calls of 10 to 29 minutes 59 seconds, or shows a plus symbol (+) for calls of 30 or more minutes. This field is particularly useful when you are visually scanning records for calls of a particular length.

I've never found any value in using them myself.

I cannot find details relating to the extra characters (A,S,C,*).

Are they just errors introduced during the copy or are they Mitel characters and mean something?
I guess :  A means answered ? C means conference?  S ? **** means no answered ?

Thanks in advance.

The online help built in to the MiVB has a description of all of the SMDR data fields. **** is an unanswered call, as that field is the "Time to answer" timer. A = Answer Supervision (usually indicates an outbound call that was answered by the far end), S = speed call, C = conference call.
