I have a weird thing that when an ACD agent stays logged in, and does not answer a call, the system logs them out (as it is programmed to do), but Contact Center shows the agent logged in. However, the agent is actually logged out and not receiving calls. If I log them back in, and right back out from Contact Center all is well.
So, in summary the system knows they are logged out after the missed call - but MiCC is not reporting it like that. It only seems to happen in this scenario. It's on MCD 8.0 SP3 and MiCC 8.1.4.1.
