How to find a ShoreTel technician for a project

I am a Mitel partner (MV250 oriented, no ShoreTel experience) and have been contacted by a school to do a ShoreTel UPGRADE on their existing system. I would like to know where I could look to find an independent tech with ShoreTel experience that I could partner with on this project. Thanks.

This is what they have:
Software: Build: 21.90.9743.0. | Small Business Edition 100
Phones: IP420 and IP480
