We have an HX controller on 6.0 SP2. Call processing version 6.0.11.95. Tried accessing the PSTN call records report on 3 different PCs. It always crashes the Mitel System Admin & Diagnostics app.
Only other goofy thing right now is upon connecting to the controller, the app reports "DB programming and other functionality are not available because the socket connection failed". Perhaps this could be causing the crash but all other reports and system info/monitoring work.
Any insight is appreciated.
