MiCollab Client Deployment
« on: April 13, 2022, 01:09:20 PM »
When deploying a user for MiCollab Client I get the message that it was successful but the user does not received the email.     The email serer is configured in the MiCollab and it is reachable.

In the deployU_current log I see this.    This uses softphone internal only so there is no Teleworker MBG with internet access.   What is a rs-token???
I can not ping mcdepl01.easydeploy.net from the server.

The deployment actually comes from Mitel's Easy Deploy server which is in Ireland or somewhere in Europe.  Your mail server is not involved at all in deployments.  You probably have geo blocking enabled on your firewall which is why you cant get to it. Whitelist all of the deployment servers and you should be fine.  There is a list on the Knowledgebase that has all the FQDNs if I remember correctly.

The easydeploy.net servers are in Germany.

A workaround would be to use the self-deployment via the web client to generate the QR codes, then you just click on the code for the PC app or scan it for a mobile device.
