I am looking for a way how i can tell IVR to display message if calls are waiting in a agent queue and no agent is available to pick it up for example
IF i am calling a nummber and go trough the options to the relavent queue and X agents are busy or logged out due to any issues then i need a message to be played as alternative
IS that sometihing i need to put on the queue Agent workflow ? like rulle or something else ?
