2x Mivoice Business Console

Hi Mitel friends.
I have question having 2 mivoice busines console on one 3300.
Can both of the mivoice business console be Present at the same time? The situation i have now is that both mivoice business console are programmed on the mitel 3300. When one of the console go into present status, the other console will go into absent status. What do i have to do so both console can be in present status ?
Please advise.

I have never had this issue... We even had one customer with 4 or 5 of them active at one time.

How many console licenses do you have?

Are they both different Directory numbers?

* Each Console has their own extentie number ext 500(First) and ext 514(Second)
* On the second console i have ext 500 programmed on the second function key (F2)

You do this with LDNs... make an LDN like 521 on each console and ring 521, NOT 500 or 514.

Check the number mivoice console license , i think you have only one .

you can install as many consoles as you want, however if you only have one license, it's the last console that will consume the license and therefore automatically disconnect the others.
your problem is simple, you have to buy a second license to run both at the same time.
