micc 9.4 - micc agent unable to transfer call to a busy extension

Hi

we are using Mxone 7.2 with micc 9.4 .

when micc agent is trying to transfer call on a busy extension by dialing the busy extension then digit "6" then transfer button . after pressing digit 6  he is unable to transfer the call because transfer key is not highlighted on agent screen.
