New to working with MiCollab

Trying to deploy the MiCollab client to some users for a customer.  When they click on the link in the email that's supposed to begin the provisioning, it just brings up a blank web page.

The reason I think it's related to the certificate is that logging into the server manager, you get a certificate error in the browser, and for the users that already have the client installed on their PCs, they get a certificate warning when they open the app.  But nobody can log in because the deployment is not working.

It looks like MiCollab has Let's Encrypt built in?  I click "Get Certificate" and it just says please wait forever.  How long should this process take?  And will this actually stop the certificate errors or am I gonna need to push the CA root certificate to the clients via GPO?

Check your external DNS. LetsEncrypt can't deploy unless there's a valid public DNS entry for the MiCollab server that matches the server's FQDN.
