Audio Cut-Through Delay With Mitel PC Console

I have an issue with our PC Attendant Console having a delay of transmit audio when answering calls.
The delay last ~3-5 seconds before the operator can be heard so the caller doesn't hear "Thank you for calling our company."
Is there a known issue with this?
I should also note that we are using SIP trunks and that it only happens with the console.

Is this the Business Console? What kind of headset/handset is connected to it? In the past I have seen similar issue with Jabra devices where you had to enable the "open line when undocked" option.

I think it is a Jabra headset.
How do I enable the open line when undocked option?

MIVB Console delay audio when using Mitel branded Jabra H40 -Jabra Engage 65
Symptoms
Customer has reported a 4-6 second TX audio delay when using the MIVB Console with the Mitel H40 Dect Headset installed.
Environment
Mitel H40 Dect Stereo Headset running Base and headset 5.6 version (Latest available at the time of this publishing)
*Note Jabra Engage 65 is similar headset and tested same behavior with Jabra Direct Settings.
Reported by customer running MIVB Console 9.3.0.14
Tested and confirmed same behavior MIVB Console 9.3.0.23
Jabra Direct 6.1.13901 (Latest available at the time of this publishing)
Cause
Default Device Settings on Jabra Direct software affect whether the headset is off hook or not causing Audio delay to the end user.
Resolution
1: Download the Jabra Direct desktop software:
2:Connect the H40 USB from base station to the PC.
Verify and set the following settings:
Device Settings\Softphone
Softphone connection
Call control with softphone *Note turn off this setting if multiple softphones are installed
Open Softphone line when undocking headset
Computer Audio=Instant
Device Settings\Deskphone
Desk phone connection-Disable
