Hospitality question

So I am new to hospitality on the 3300, definitely not new to the 3300 though... I just don't know how to accomplish this scenario

Customer has 4 phones at the front desk, two 6930 sets at the front counter and two 5540 consoles on the back counter. When a call comes in or a room dials 0, they want the consoles to ring but want the option of picking up the call on the 6930 sets (and maybe three other 6930 sets in the FD Mgrs office, GMs office, and sales office). They don't want it to ring in those 6930 locations necessarily but want an easy way to pickup a call ringing at the consoles. They did this on their old SX200 by dialing a TAFAS code, but how can I give them a similar setup in the 3300?

The other option I am considering is replacing one of the consoles with another 6930 set, and just having the Dial 0 and Incoming calls ring analog sets not connected to anything and then map them as key appearances on the 6930 sets, just keeping one 5540 to do Guest Room functions.

I am really getting annoyed at how limited the 3300 seems to be for hospitality compared to the 200ICP.

Look at call pick up directed, I need to also look at this for an install I am doing

I know you can't put LDN or attendant extensions in a pickup group...

My understanding is consoles can pickup other ringing phones, but phones cannot pickup LDN or attendant extensions.
