Hi,

Our contractor has registered Software Assurance for our mitel switches.
how can we be sure now that our switches are under software assurance coverage ?
is there any way to check this in mitel website ?

Good question.  For the Contact Center Software (MiCC) you can go to CCMWeb > Help > About your Mitel applications which will present the version along with Maint. expires <date>.  Similar in the MiVCR > Licensing.

For my MiVB PBX > Server Manager > ServiceLink > Status...  I only show subscribed and Expires has been 'No expiry' since I've been supporting it.  I've have not seen anything different.  Other than knowing what we've subscribed to and tracking renewals outside of this and expecting it to match on the Mitel side...
