User IP license change from Mitel to Mitel

A query exists the possibility of transferring the IP User Licenses from Mitel (1) to Mitel (2) , as additional data the Mitel are of the same model and characteristics.

yes, but how will depend on a few things. If the systems are in the same DLM (Designated License Manager) group, it's easy, you just de-allocate licenses from one system and re-allocate them in another in the same DLM. If not, you have to move the licensing from one system to the other in AMC.
