We are using Web Ignite for users (v9) and have come across an interesting request.
Currently all inbound and outbound calls are being added to the contact list - so when a user initiates a call or transfer and types in a partial number they get a long list of numbers. The list seems to populate from other users calls too - so it is global.
We would like to stop being added / clear all external number from that list. Is that possible that anyone is aware? So in summary we want to stop all inbound and outbound external numbers being added to the contact list.
If that is not possible is there a way to configure the history for the External contacts list - we could set to 1 day etc.
