Chrome Browser issue
« on: September 29, 2021, 05:03:07 PM »
When viewing User and Services of a user programmed primary on another controller in the cluster receive an error.  No error received when using Firefox. Although if the user is viewed on its Primary controller there is no error.
Also tried downloading the Web cert and installed on PC, lowering security settings...

Do you know anything about this???

Thanks!!

Just use FireFox... Honestly, it's better for this application and in many older versions the only browser supported.

What do you exactly mean by that?
What is the "Primary Controller" ?
I'm wondering if the system that you are trying to connect and the "Primary Controller" are seated at two different subnets and VLANs!
It could be, maybe, some firewall problems!

I assumed this was using Reach-Through Centralized provisioning (I think that is what it's called, where you can just change network elements in the drop-down menu)... Chrome doesn't like the Reach-Through all the time

Yeah I see.
It has definitely SDS Cluster. I get it.
@edbmam as @acejavelin said, simply use Firefox, even IE works better compared to Chrome when it comes to Mitel.

One more thing comes to my mind.
Since you are using SDS Form Sharing feature, It's crucial to have the same exact release number. Otherwise you will face such issues.
