The problem that occurs is "The SYSTEM FAIL TRANSFER Zone at cab 04 shelves 01, 01 RECONNECTED itself to the switch", I lose the connection with the modules and the telephones (analog and digital) are unregistered and after a while they reconnect .

Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?

The bay is losing communication with the controller or power supply is flaky.

Check Bay 4 for a loose power cable or interconnect cable/fiber, or try swapping the peripheral interface card or a different cable from the MCC to the bay.

The Layer 2 switch config would not affect losing connecting to a peripheral cabinet. I would focus on the hardware or cabling of that particular cabinet.

Dear:

Yesterday I changed the font for one of the cabinets, but it shows the same error.
Today I will try to change the controller and update the information.

A query attached a screenshot, where is the log, do you have knowledge if it is related to the Reconnecting alarm?

So all the cabinets are doing this at the same time? You have an issue in the control cabinet or common control cards, not the individual peripheral cabinet. Would need to know more of the hardware and software info.

I have 5 cabinets, in the first instance it was only 1 cabinet today I am with the problem in 3 cabinets 2,3,4.
I need to solve the reboot problem.
I am using the following procedure to change the cards in the following order in the cabinet 3:
1) Power Source (changed)
2) Control Card
3) Fiber Optic interconnection card

With these steps can the problem be solved? or is the problem in MXe?

Thank you for your answers

I would suspect a bad FIM module...

Backup and shutdown, open the chassis and blow out any dust/debris... unseat the FIM module and then reseat it carefully. Reassemble and put back into service. Remember to properly clean your fiber ends before reconnecting. I have seen dust/debris get into the fiber connectors on the FIM card and cause connectivity issues. If problems persist, I would suspect the FIM.

Dear:
The change of FIM modules was made on Friday, there was a restart on Saturday and so far no other restart has been presented.

Can you help me with another alternative to the ones mentioned above?
