Where to download iprfp3G.dnld for RFP L35 IP

Hello! Can someone tell me where i can download file for an RFP L35 IP? I'm trying to reset it to factory default but i think its software is too old and i'd like to update it to 4.2 and then to 6.0 but i can't find the iprfp3G.dnld file.
