Is there anyway I could find our Application Record in the system? Or will that require a call to the Mitel Partner who owns it?

Two ways to find your App record.
From the controller, one of the first forms is for Licensing. It has the App record. The other way is logging into your Mitel online account. It has the App record listed.

Only 1 app record per controller. If you have a MBG or MAS or any other product, they all have a unique app record, but only one per instance.

Typically with a physical controller the app record in licensed to the iButton or sysid chip. There is no way to find this without access to the controller. It is possible to reset passwords on the controller within certain software levels.
