First post. We are changing our System from Avaya to Mitel and i am very inexperienced with Mitel so some help would be greatly appreciated.
We had our system initially installed by one supplier but we are in the process of changing due to lack of support and other issues, i was not around much when the Mitel was installed unfortunately.
My question is we have several phones (9620's) that are asking for the TW passcode, where do i look in the programming for the TW passcode? the supplier never documented anything.
